Queen Mary departs

I went down to the north mole on sunday 14/feb to watch this girl P & Oq. There were thousands of punters everywhere waving Aussie flags ( I dont know why ), taking snaps and looking through binoculars. I have never seen a vessel with such a commanding presence. There were hundreds of boats following her out of Fremantle harbour creating a wonderfully frivolous spectacle.
